The book entitled Samaj, Sanskar ra Shasan written by Khem Raj Nepal, Chairman of Inlogos (Former Secretary of GoN) was released on 28 June 2012 in Kathmandu. Dr. Bhesh B. Thapa was the Chief Guest and Mr. Kedar B. Mathema was Special Guest. Dr. Bimal P. Koirala and Dr. Bishnu Bibhu Ghimire were the Book Reviewers. Chief Secretary and Secretaries of different ministries, ex-Chief Secretaries, personalities from different sectors and other members presented in the program.
